Since every goalie is unique, there is no fixed price for the Pro plan. We always design the program together based on your needs, level, and goals. Only after an initial call and planning do we finalize the details and price.

I start by analyzing your fundamentals based on your age, level, and playing style. This is done through videos you send of yourself, from games or training sessions.

Based on the analysis, you’ll get detailed, customized training programs:

• Skating exercises with and without shooters

• Off-ice programs focusing on strength, mobility, speed, and conditioning

✅ Match analysis

You can submit game clips for thorough reviews where we go through everything from positioning to technique and decision-making. You’ll receive concrete feedback on exactly what to improve.

✅ Weekly 1-on-1 calls

We’ll have regular calls to follow up on your progress, adjust your program, and discuss any questions. This keeps you on track and ensures continuity in your training.

✅ Personal coaching on your terms

Everything is flexible to fit your schedule and circumstances. The focus is on helping you train the right way, with the right exercises, in your own environment – but with my full support and expertise.
